Shipping policy

HeelSaver ships to the destinations enabled at checkout. Available methods, prices, taxes, duties, and the estimated delivery window are shown before payment and form part of the order.

**Processing.** We normally process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding local holidays. An order confirmation does not mean the carrier has accepted the parcel. A shipping confirmation is sent when fulfillment records the shipment.

**Delivery estimate.** Our current planning estimate is 7–21 business days after processing. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and must be replaced by the destination-specific estimate shown at checkout if different. Customs, weather, carrier events, address errors, and remote destinations can affect delivery.

**Delay or inability to ship.** We maintain a reasonable basis for the stated shipment timing. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will send a delay notice and provide the consent, cancellation, and prompt-refund choices required by applicable law. **Tracking.** Tracking is provided only for shipping methods that include it. Carrier scans and delivery confirmation may vary by destination.

**Address accuracy.** Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and promptly report an error. Contact support as soon as possible; an address cannot always be changed after processing. This does not limit rights when we ship to an address different from the confirmed order.

**Missing or damaged parcel.** Contact support with the order number, address confirmation, carrier status, and relevant photographs when available. We will review tracking and carrier evidence and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.
